To fully pay attention to each individual goals, I divided them into three bigger groups. In the three groups, each have their own percentage of money that will be provided to the goals. By doing this, the money will be more well distributed. Also, I added another small goal for Cambodia. i named it Manufacturing. This is really not a major goal but I wanted to take 10% of money off the budget because there's so much money coming out and Cambodia will be needing a lot of money. This 10% will go to manufacturing more goods like clothes, accessories, souvenirs, and crops. The unemployment rate in Cambodia is 3.7% by manufacturing more goods, this will decrease the unemployment rate and help Cambodia's economy.
